QUALITY, OH&S, ENVIRONMENT, SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

The following guidelines are maintained:

  • Customer satisfaction by meeting contracted requirements.
  • Provide the well-being and physical integrity of our employees, promoting occupational health and safety at work.
  • Provide employees with appropriate training and guidance to support the QHSE policy and to carry out their tasks safely.
  • Reduce sources of pollution to the environment generated by our activities, establishing and implementing prevention and control actions over significant environmental aspects.
  • Reduce sources of waste of natural and energy resources (paper, water, electricity, materials).
  • Comply with legal requirements (laws, ordinances, standards, resolutions) and other requirements relating to the environment, safety and occupational health.
  • Implement continuous improvement actions, promoting activities aimed mainly at optimizing processes, operational control and raising people's awareness.
  • Respect and support human rights by promoting non-discrimination, respecting the human and cultural diversity of our workforce, in addition to supporting the eradication of child and slave labor.
  • Allocate the necessary resources to comply with this management policy.
